The Polymer Energy System

Polymer Energy® offers a viable, economical and environmentally responsible alternative to current methods of plastic waste disposal. The Polymer Energy system uses catalytic pyrolysis to efficiently convert plastics (primarily polyolefins) into liquid and vapor hydrocarbons.

The Polymer Energy system is modular in design. A single module can produce up to 720 liters of fuel for every ton of typical plastic waste processed. System capacity is rated at 185 tons per month.  The overall plant capacity can be easily scaled up by adding additional modules.

The Polymer Energy system is robust by design, operating 24 hrs a day, processing plastic with up to 15% water and impurities.  The output oil can be further processed in a refinery or used to power low-rpm machines such as electric generation turbines.

Consulting services are also available for recycling polymeric materials into fuels for use in the generation of power or energy, including converting plastic waste into fuels, electricity, and other value added products.
